County Road 25-A Special Planning Area Master Plan
BPS is preparing a Master Development Plan for the County Route 25-A Special Planning Area, located between the cities of Piqua and Troy, Ohio.
Eastern Union County Transportation Thoroughfare Plan
Jerome and Millcreek townships comprise the eastern portion of Union County. These areas are currently transitioning from predominately rural land uses to residential subdivisions, commercial office parks, retail centers and industrial uses.
