After completing an update to their comprehensive plan, the City of Westerville began a three-year process of rewriting its zoning code and subdivision regulations. BPS was contracted by the City to manage this process due to its complexity and long time frame. BPS staff utilized their zoning expertise and familiarity with the City of Westerville to coordinate multiple consultants, conduct public and stakeholder meetings, perform zoning research and reviews, and manage the schedule to ensure the project remained on schedule.
