Description
The KYOVA Interstate Planning Commission began a process to develop a Safety Action Plan in late 2024. This plan, now known as the KYOVA Safety Action Plan, will assess the transportation system for Cabell and Wayne Counties in West Virginia, Boyd and Greenup counties in Kentucky, and the urban area in Lawrence County, Ohio.
